1. About the sample How could I get a sample? 
   (a)the sample quantity under 5pcs for each item.

   (b)the sample process against the product cost ,freight , and necessary sample operation fees at usd80 for one sample project 

   (c)the operation fees cover all the cost of documents work(export paper),but you are promised that we will refund you the sample operation fees (usd80) when you give us container order.                

   (d) For new products , maybe we will reject to supply sample ,for some secret purposes.your understanding much appreciated.             

   (e)remark:we only offer sample for market research,not for private use.if you want to buy our product,pls contact local dealer.

2. About price: could I get your price list? 
   (a)our sales-team will respond in 1 working days after your equiry sent out by fax, or by email with the exact product model number of your purchasing quantity.

   (b)Usually we offer fob ningbo or shanghai(china port) price.of course,we also operate CNF,CIF term if you have special request.

3. About the shipment: what kind of shipment will you use? 
    (a)Usually we prefer to ship the products through our local shipping agent to book the shipping space from CHINA SHIPPING,COSCO,LT...,we closely work to make shipping perfectly.           

    (b)if you have your pointed agent,considering with the payment details,for example,If T/T payment,pls inform your pointed agent to contact us early and track this container closely by yourselves;if L/C at sight payment ,we only accept the CFR term or FOB term with shipping arranged by our corp,but " freight collect" .

4. About warranty : how long for warranty? 
    (a)The warranty period will be counted since the container arriving the first discharging port,no warranty for sample order, and warranty covering the mechanical parts.          

    (b)ATV,go cart,dirt bike-over 50cc  for one year; Pocket bike,chopper-4stroke for one year;Dirt bike,pocket bike,chopper-2stroke for six months; Mini quad ,go cart-2 stroke for six months;Electric scooter ,foldable bike for 3 months;Electric bicycle for 1 year           

    (c)chain saw ,hedge trimmer,brush cutter for 6 months          

    (d)We will replace unqualified parts with qualified ones on following order after receiving buyer's unqualified parts or photo at least, if big damaged response, the  inspection letter from 3rd authority inspeciton organization is necessary and  required, if the damage from the manufacturing cause,We bear all the replacement cost , deliveried them through shipping or post office.

5.About Free Spare part:                                                                               

    (a) 2% free easy-broken spare part will be offered for container order,for example,cable,tyre,tube,chain,fairing,throttle etc.if you have special request,pls tell us your wanted parts in advance  

    (b)no spare parts supply for sample order.                      

    (c)you need order other spare parts by yourselves,we will offer them at cost.the wanted spare parts list is necessary.you also can send e-mail to us for the spare parts catalogue.

6. About OEM: could we place order by OEM style to produce our own brand products in China?
    (a)Of course ,we can do the OEM for container order (only for one model) in free charge ,if mixed container, you will be asked to bear the cost for OEM sticker .            

    (b)Any OEM project will be against the necessary legal authority letter that grant us to make the products under this special brand.

7.About sole distributor: how to become your sole distributor in our city, area or state,country? 
  If you can sell our products worth US$20,000/item or 1X20ft monthly, we can start the negotiaton for the sole distributor project .if you want to be our sole distributor ,the details of purchase schedule for next 12months is strongly required
